今回紹介するのは、以前からリクエストがありました、<br>「北海道北見市都市ガス漏洩事故」です。<br>2007年1月。<br>北見市のとある住宅のトイレで、女性が意識不明状態で倒れているところが発見されました。<br>彼女はすぐに病院に搬送されましたが、約一時間後、帰らぬ人となってしまいました。<br>この時は心不全だと診断されていましたが、翌日にはその近くで、同じく家のトイレで亡くなっている男性二名、意識不明の重体の男性二名が発見され、病院に搬送されるという事態が発生していました。<br>数日前から、市のガス事業を担当する「A社」には、<br>「ガス警報器が鳴っている」との通報が数件寄せられており、調査員を派遣していましたが、微量のガスしか検出できず「問題ない」と判断し、そのままにしていたところに発生した事故でした。<br><br>この事故の背景には、市の杜撰な安全管理、ガス事業の激安譲渡、老朽化の放置、A社の杜撰な初期対応など、様々なものがありました。<br><br><a href="#" class="seekTime" data-seekTime="00:00" onclick="seekNicoPlayer('#00:00');
